Sales Conditions
All products in our catalog are handcrafted in our atelier located in Narbolia, in the heart of Sardinia. The processing of soft stones, such as trachyte, and the creation of silver inserts make each item a unique and unrepeatable piece. For this reason, slight variations in color, shape, and finish may occur compared to the images shown on the site. Such differences are not defects but attest to the authenticity of the artisan work.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, prepaid cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed through certified and secure systems to ensure the protection of the customer’s personal and banking data. In some cases, we may reserve the right to verify the identity of the payment holder before confirming the order.
The shipment of items generally occurs within the times indicated on the product page or during checkout. In case of changes or delays, the customer will be promptly informed. Shipping costs, if any, are clearly indicated before purchase confirmation. We ship throughout Italy and, upon request, to international destinations, subject to availability verification.
Customer Rights

If the product is found to be defective, damaged, or not as ordered, the customer has the right to request a replacement, free repair, or a refund of the full amount paid. The product must be returned with its original packaging, unused, and intact within 14 days from the communication.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days from the receipt of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to fill out and attach via email to info@atiartisticu.com the return form , available in PDF format on our website, specifying the order number and the buyer’s details. The product must be returned intact, unused, and complete with the original packaging, within 14 days from the sending of the communication.
Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise communicated in writing by us. Atiartisticu will arrange for the return of the product if it is found to be tampered with, used, or damaged, unless the damage occurred during delivery and was promptly reported and documented.
In case of visible transport damage at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the package or accepting it with reservation.
