Witnesses to the different types of Sardinian architecture, the “Trachite Houses” are the result of the artistic flair of the Atiartisticu workshop, born from the experience and passion of a couple of German artist-goldsmiths who moved to Narbolia, a small town on the western coast, in the early 80s. Since 2005, the company has been in the hands of their son Leander Lukas Loewe. The houses take shape from the precious building material called Trachite, an effusive igneous rock with multiple natural colors and shades, ranging from red to yellow, through gray-green to purple. The natural splitting of the stone gives life to the roof, while fine goldsmith work, combined with expert craftsmanship, makes these small works precious artifacts. Each of these houses is a unique piece, enhanced by the addition of characteristic and, at the same time, original silver inserts.
